X Plenum of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Held in Moscow Region

The X Plenum of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) was held in the Moscow region. The plenum was attended by members of the Central Committee, representatives of regional party organizations, and guests.
