Mass brawl on Molodezhny Boulevard in Tula: a criminal case has been opened

What happened?

On the evening of May 21, a mass brawl took place on Molodezhny Boulevard in the Soviet district of Tula. According to preliminary data, about 20 people took part in the fight.

As a result of the incident, several people were injured, one of whom was hospitalized with a stab wound to the chest.

The investigative department for the Soviet district of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Tula region opened a criminal case on the fact of the incident under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Hooliganism committed by a group of persons."

Currently, investigative actions are being carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident and identifying the persons involved in its commission.

According to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, for committing hooliganism by a group of persons, they face a fine of up to 1 million rubles, compulsory labor for up to 5 years, or imprisonment for up to 7 years.

If, as a result of the actions of the hooligans, moderate harm to health is caused, the punishment is imprisonment for up to five years.
