In Simferopol, a memorial plaque to the legendary coach of FC Tavria Anatoly Zayaev was unveiled

The memorial plaque was installed on the facade of the Tavria stadium, where Anatoly Zayaev worked for many years.
Anatoly Zayaev is a legendary Soviet and Ukrainian football player and coach. He spent most of his playing career at Tavria Simferopol, where he played from 1961 to 1972. After completing his playing career, he worked as a coach at Tavria for many years. Under his leadership, the team became the champion of the Ukrainian SSR in 1973 and 1983, and also won the USSR Cup in 1975.
Anatoly Zayaev died in 2020 at the age of 81. In memory of the legendary coach, a memorial plaque was installed on the facade of the Tavria stadium, where he worked for many years.
