Fire in Levokumskiy District: Firefighters Extinguished Fuel Truck after Crash

Emergency services in Russia's Levokumskiy District responded to a vehicle fire involving a fuel truck on Wednesday. Firefighters managed to extinguish the blaze, with no reported injuries.
The incident occurred after the fuel truck, carrying 20 tons of gasoline, collided with a passenger car on the Levokumskoe-Blagodarnoye highway. The impact caused the fuel truck to overturn, resulting in a leak and subsequent fire.
Firefighters were dispatched to the scene and immediately began extinguishing the blaze, using foam and water. They were able to contain the fire within an hour, preventing it from spreading to nearby vegetation or buildings.
The driver of the passenger car, a 35-year-old woman, was unharmed. The fuel truck driver, a 42-year-old man, was also uninjured.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
